Für unseren Kunden, ein IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Accountant 60-80%. Die Buchhaltung gilt hier nicht als Pflichtübung, sondern als zentrales Steuerungsinstrument. In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie die Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Abschlüsse, arbeiten eng mit dem CFO zusammen und entwickeln Prozesse aktiv weiter. Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit Homeoffice- und Workation-Möglichkeiten sowie eine wertschätzende Kultur mit starkem Teamgeist runden das Angebot ab.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Selbstständiges Führen der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Erstellen der periodischen Abschlüsse nach OR
  • Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und Bearbeiten weiterer Steuerdeklarationen
  • Betreuen und Umsetzung des internen Kontrollsystems und Ansprechperson für die Revision
  • Sie unterstützen die Finanzleitung mit Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen und übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Inventur

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise den eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder eine langjährige, gleichwertige Berufspraxis
  • Sicherheit im Tagesgeschäft durch mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Revisionsstellen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie routinierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise aus der Microsoft-Dynamics-Welt und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Mit Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einer offenen Kommunikation bringen Sie sich gerne ins Team und an den Schnittstellen ein
