The posting

Binnen Snavelenburg werk je als ergotherapeut aan wat voor cliënten écht belangrijk is: zo zelfstandig en betekenisvol mogelijk leven. Vanuit de principes van Positieve Gezondheid en Reablement kijk je niet alleen naar wat iemand niet meer kan, maar juist naar wat nog wél mogelijk is. Je begeleidt cliënten binnen de langdurige zorg en de eerstelijn en levert daarmee een belangrijke bijdrage aan hun kwaliteit van leven.

Deze vacature ontstaat vanwege zwangerschapsverlof. Tegelijkertijd biedt deze functie een mooie kans om kennis te maken met Careyn. Binnen de regio zijn er regelmatig mogelijkheden om ook na deze periode verbonden te blijven. We gaan hierover graag met je in gesprek.

Dit ga je doen als Ergotherapeut

Je onderzoekt, behandelt en begeleidt cliënten met uiteenlopende hulpvragen op het gebied van dagelijks functioneren, zelfredzaamheid en participatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met andere behandelaren en zorgprofessionals.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Uitvoeren van ergotherapeutisch onderzoek en opstellen van behandelplannen die aansluiten bij de mogelijkheden en wensen van cliënten.
  • Adviseren over hulpmiddelen, voorzieningen en interventies die bijdragen aan zelfstandigheid en kwaliteit van leven.
  • Behandelen en begeleiden van cliënten binnen de Wlz-zorg en eerstelijnszorg.
  • Samenwerken met zorgteams, behandelaren en mantelzorgers om passende ondersteuning vorm te geven.
  • Bijdragen aan een werkwijze waarin Positieve Gezondheid en Reablement centraal staan.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 55: € 3.722 - € 5.413 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Een tijdelijk contract van 1 februari 2027 tot 1 juli 2027 voor 24 tot 36 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Ergotherapie.
  • Affiniteit met ouderenzorg en eerstelijnszorg.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd actief samen te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Interesse in ontwikkelingen zoals Positieve Gezondheid en Reablement.
  • Een flexibele houding en bereidheid om waar nodig locatie-overstijgend te werken.

Over het team

Je gaat aan de slag in Snavelenburg in Maarssen. Op deze locatie werk je samen met cliënten binnen de langdurige zorg en de eerstelijn. De cliëntenpopulatie bestaat uit zowel mensen met een psychogeriatrische als een somatische zorgvraag, waardoor je werk afwisselend en veelzijdig is.

Je werkt samen met drie andere ergotherapeuten die werkzaam zijn binnen Snavelenburg, Merenhoef en de gemeente Stichtse Vecht. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van de vakgroep Ergotherapie Utrecht-West, waarin kennisdeling, samenwerking en vakontwikkeling centraal staan.

Snavelenburg werkt nauw samen met locatie Merenhoef. Incidenteel kan gevraagd worden om ook daar werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Hierover worden altijd gezamenlijk afspraken gemaakt.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
