Geen wond is hetzelfde en geen cliëntsituatie verloopt volgens een standaardprotocol. Juist die afwisseling maakt het werk als wondverpleegkundige bij Careyn zo interessant. In de provincie Utrecht (Woerden, Maarssen, Vinkeveen, Utrecht) werk je met een grote diversiteit aan wondzorgvragen bij cliënten thuis. Van complexe wonden tot diabetische voetproblematiek en langdurige genezingstrajecten: jouw expertise maakt dagelijks het verschil. Je werkt zelfstandig in Utrecht en omgeving binnen een deskundig en betrokken team.

Dit ga je doen als Wondverpleegkundige / Wond Consulent

Je combineert specialistische wondzorg met advisering, begeleiding en samenwerking. Je bent een inhoudelijk expert binnen jouw vakgebied en draagt bij aan optimale wondzorg voor cliënten in de thuissituatie.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Oppakken van complexe wondzorg, zoals diabetische voetproblematiek en ulcus cruris.
  • Beoordelen, indiceren en opstellen van wondbehandelingen op basis van voortgang en klinisch beeld.
  • Adviseren en coachen van collega’s bij wondzorg en preventie, met duidelijke overdracht en onderbouwing.
  • Afstemmen met huisartsen, specialisten en andere ketenpartners rondom het behandelplan.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan deskundigheidsbevordering binnen de teams.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 50 (Wondverpleegkundige) of 55 (Wond consulent): € 3.592 - € 5.413 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor maximaal 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een hbo diploma Verpleegkundige en afgeronde opleiding tot wondverpleegkundige.
  • Een geldige BIG-registratie.
  • Ervaring met complexe wondzorg en het zelfstandig uitvoeren van consulten.
  • Klinisch inzicht en het vermogen om zorginhoudelijke keuzes goed te onderbouwen.
  • Enthousiasme om kennis te delen en mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van wondzorg.

Over het team

Je maakt deel uit van een team van wondverpleegkundigen, wondconsulenten en een Verpleegkundige Specialist. Samen vormen jullie een deskundig en betrokken team waarin kennisdeling, samenwerking en collegialiteit centraal staan. De cliëntenpopulatie is zeer divers, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is en je brede ervaring opdoet binnen het vakgebied. Binnen het team is ruimte voor humor, ondersteuning en professionele ontwikkeling.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
