Dit ga je doen als Helpende

Als Helpende bij Maria-Oord werk je met ouderen met een cognitieve zorgvraag (PG). Je ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse verzorging en draagt bij aan hun welzijn. Je creëert een warme en prettige sfeer, waarbij je oog hebt voor de behoeften van iedere bewoner. Je hebt veel direct contact, signaleert tijdig wat iemand nodig heeft en maakt écht het verschil met jouw zorg, aandacht en luisterend oor. Daarnaast help je bij het wassen, aankleden, eten en drinken, toiletgang en mobiliteit. Ook ondersteun je bij huishoudelijke taken, zoals schoonmaken, het bed opmaken en het (voor)bereiden van maaltijden. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar elke dag is waardevol.

Je werkt op een kleinschalige, sfeervolle locatie in hartje Vinkeveen, waar je je snel thuis voelt in een hecht team. Het werk is afwisselend en geeft je de kans om iedere dag een betekenisvolle impact te maken op het leven van de bewoners.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 25: € 2.599 - € 3.233 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
