Als Helpende bij Rosendael bied je warme en persoonlijke zorg aan ouderen in een zorgcentrum midden in het groen van Overvecht. Rosendael is een locatie waar interculturele zorg geboden wordt. Je werkt in een dynamisch zorgcentrum met bewoners met somatische klachten, een psychogeriatrische aandoening of dubbelproblematiek. Terwijl je je omringt met een gezellig en hecht team waar jouw inzet gewaardeerd wordt.

Dit ga je doen als Helpende

Als Helpende bij Rosendael ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor onze bewoners. Je ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse verzorging en hebt direct oog voor wat er nodig is zodra je binnenkomt. Dankzij jouw oprechte interesse maak je gemakkelijk een praatje en voel je feilloos aan wat bewoners nodig hebben, ook als ze dat niet uitspreken. Je helpt hen om zoveel mogelijk zichzelf te blijven, juist wanneer ze kwetsbaarder worden. Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid, maar weet ook precies wanneer je de samenwerking met collega’s opzoekt.

Werken op Rosendael betekent werken in een warme, huiselijke omgeving waar bewoners zich echt thuis voelen en zichzelf kunnen blijven. De gezellige sfeer ervaar je elke dag, van de kleine, persoonlijke momenten tot activiteiten zoals de jaarlijkse Campingdag. De locatie ligt rustig, midden in het groen bij Park de Gagel, en beschikt over twee sfeervolle binnentuinen. Je werkt op verschillende afdelingen met uiteenlopende zorgvragen, waarbij volop aandacht is voor ieders culturele achtergrond. Die afwisseling, samen met de hechte samenwerking met collega's, maakt geen dag hetzelfde. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan de ontwikkeling van toekomstige zorgprofessionals én de kwaliteit van zorg binnen een erkend leercentrum.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 25: € 2.599 - € 3.233 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 8 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
