Met jouw verpleegkundige expertise draag je bij aan het verbeteren en borgen van de kwaliteit van zorg, ondersteun je collega's bij complexe zorgvraagstukken en zorg je ervoor dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk landen op de werkvloer. Zo maak jij iedere dag het verschil voor onze bewoners én voor de kwaliteit van zorg van morgen.

Dit ga je doen als Kwaliteitsverpleegkundige

Als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige houd jij je bezig met het analyseren en verbeteren van zorgprocessen die direct betrekking hebben op de kwaliteit van zorg van onze bewoners. Afgelopen jaar heeft Careyn ingezet op ‘eigen regie’ en ook voor het komende jaar staan er mooie optimalisaties op de kalender! Je schakelt tussen praktijk en beleid. Je bewaakt de borging van het beleid, staat teams op de werkvloer bij in geval van complexere zorgvraagstukken (zoals verpleegtechnische handelingen) en bent doorlopend op zoek naar verbeterkansen.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor kwaliteitsbewaking en ontwikkeling op de werkvloer.
  • Aanjager en coach zijn voor teams, voor thema’s als eigen regie, de implementatie van innovaties en optimalisaties.
  • Zorgdragen voor passende afstemming van zorgbehoefte bij (nieuwe) bewoners en zorgkennis binnen het team.
  • Bijdragen aan een optimale samenwerking in het interdisciplinaire team van zorg.
  • Het analyseren van meldingen, signalen en trends en proactief doen van verbetervoorstellen.

Standplaats voor deze functie is onze zorglocatie Snavelenburg in Maarssen maar je bent ook bereid te werken op de locatie Merenhoef in Maarssen.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Direct een vast contract, voor 28 - 32 uur op basis van jouw voorkeur.
  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 50 € 3.592,96 tot € 4.822,50 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Reiskostenvergoeding en € 0,32 per km voor dienstreizen buiten je standplaats., 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een diploma hbo-verpleegkunde, oftewel Bachelor of Nursing, en een geldige BIG-registratie.
  • Coachende vaardigheden naast ervaring in de zorg. Op die manier kun jij de collega’s op de werkvloer met jouw praktijkervaring het best ondersteunen.
  • Enthousiasme om mensen mee te krijgen door inhoudelijke expertise, eigenaarschap en autonomie.
  • Een ambassadeur voor continu verbeteren van de zorgkwaliteit en het ‘kwaliteitsdenken’, door jezelf en je collega’s steeds de vraag te stellen hoe het nog beter kan.
  • Stevigheid; je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt keuzes helder onderbouwen.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
