Wil jij werken in de zorg van morgen en echt de tijd hebben voor jouw cliënten? Als Verzorgende IG binnen het Volledig Pakket Thuis (VPT) in Leidsche Rijn en De Meern West bied je persoonlijke verzorging en verpleegkundige ondersteuning aan cliënten met een Wlz-indicatie die zelfstandig thuis wonen. Je helpt bij de dagelijkse zorg, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie van cliënten. Samen met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals zorg je ervoor dat cliënten veilig, vertrouwd en met zoveel mogelijk eigen regie thuis kunnen blijven wonen. En je doet het samen, met een team dat voor elkaar klaar staat.

Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG

Als Verzorgende IG binnen het VPT-team in Leidsche Rijn en De Meern West ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor cliënten die graag zelfstandig thuis willen blijven wonen. Je ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden, medicatie en verpleegtechnische handelingen, en hebt oog voor wat iemand nodig heeft om zich prettig en veilig te voelen. Met jouw deskundigheid, aandacht en betrokkenheid draag je bij aan kwaliteit van leven en het behoud van eigen regie. Samen met collega’s, mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals zorg je ervoor dat cliënten de juiste zorg en ondersteuning ontvangen in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken VPT-team dat samen werkt aan een vernieuwende vorm van zorg, waarbij cliënten verpleeghuiszorg ontvangen in hun eigen vertrouwde thuisomgeving. In de wijken Leidsche Rijn en De Meern West werk je met een diverse cliëntgroep en bouw je langdurige relaties op, waardoor je écht het verschil kunt maken. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid in je werk, terwijl je altijd kunt terugvallen op de expertise van collega’s uit een multidisciplinair team. De combinatie van complexe zorg, persoonlijk contact en de dynamiek van een groeiende wijk maakt het werken in dit team afwisselend, uitdagend en waardevol.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: € 2.735 - € 3.592 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
