In unserem Customer Support setzen wir KI-gestützte Bots ein: unseren Chatbot Emma sowie einen E-Mail- und einen Telefon-Bot. Du sorgst dafür, dass sie zuverlässig funktionieren, und entwickelst kleinere Tools rund um die Bots. Damit unterstützt du unser Data & AI Team bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungen.

Deine Projekte

  • Als Teil unseres Data & AI Teams betreust du unseren Chatbot Emma mit und bearbeitest das Feedback unserer Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
  • Dabei passt du Prompts an und überprüfst, ob deine Änderungen die gewünschten Verbesserungen bewirken
  • Auch an unserem E-Mail-Bot und später an unserem Telefon-Bot nimmst du punktuelle Verbesserungen vor
  • Darüber hinaus entwickelst du kleine Automatisierungen und interne Tools, die unsere Teams im Arbeitsalltag unterstützen. Größere Änderungen an der Architektur gehören zunächst nicht zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Du dokumentierst deine Änderungen und kannst deine Entscheidungen fachlich begründen

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du studierst Informatik, Data Science oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Python und Git konntest du bereits sammeln
  • Du hast bereits mit Large Language Models (LLMs) gearbeitet und kennst dich mit Prompting, Modell-APIs und den Grundlagen von Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) aus
  • Im Umgang mit KI-Coding-Tools wie Claude Code bist du sicher und kannst den generierten Code verstehen und erklären
  • Du hast Interesse an der Logistik und daran, KI-Lösungen in diesem Umfeld einzusetzen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
