Carico är en snabbt växande hemtjänstkoncern med verksamhet i över 10 kommuner, cirka 1 300 medarbetare och en omsättning över 500 miljoner kronor. Vi kombinerar starka lokala verksamheter med gemensamma plattformar, datadrivet beslutsfattande och ett offensivt arbete inom AI och automation.

OM ROLLEN

Vi bygger upp funktionen för leverantörsreskontra i Stockholm och söker dig som vill ta ett självständigt grepp om helheten, från fakturaregistrering till avstämning. Du blir en del av ett litet och familjärt ekonomiteam, och får samtidigt många kontaktytor både mot dotterbolagen och leverantörer. I ett bolag i tillväxt får du chansen att testa på olika saker och växa i takt med organisationen.

Du rapporterar till Carico AB:s CFO och har ett nära samarbete med Financial Controller.

DINA ANSVARSOMRÅDEN

  • Registrera och bokföra inkommande leverantörsfakturor
  • Hantera utläggsredovisning
  • Hantera utbetalningar (filbetalningar, manuella betalningar, löneutbetalningar)
  • Stämma av leverantörsreskontra mot huvudbok
  • Säkerställa korrekt momshantering på leverantörsfakturor
  • Hantera leverantörskontakter vid frågor och avvikelser
  • Bevaka och följa upp förfallna eller felaktiga fakturor
  • Hantera påminnelser och krav från leverantörer
  • Löpande kontoavstämningar och periodavslut kopplade till leverantörsreskontra
  • Avstämning av bankkonton
  • Systemadministration och underhåll av leverantörsregister
  • Stötta i andra frågor vid månads- och årsbokslut
  • Bidra till att effektivisera och kvalitetssäkra rutiner för leverantörsreskontra
  • I rollen ingår även bolagsadministration med varierande omfattning från tid till annan

VEM ÄR DU?

Vi ser gärna att du har något eller några års praktisk erfarenhet av självständigt arbete med leverantörsreskontra och/eller löpande bokföring. Därutöver har du god generell systemkompetens samt en god förståelse inom redovisningsområdet.

Vi bryr oss mer om vad du faktiskt kan och har gjort än om exakt vilken utbildning du har, men en redovisnings- eller annan ekonomiutbildning (minst gymnasie- eller yrkesutbildning) ser vi som ett krav. Du talar och skriver flytande svenska.

Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av ekonomisystem (exempelvis Fortnox), samt om du tidigare varit med och effektiviserat eller automatiserat processer kopplade till leverantörsreskontra.

Som person är du en doer som får saker gjort. Du är lösningsorienterad, ansvarstagande, prestigelös och trivs med att jobba självständigt. Du är kommunikativ och samarbetsinriktad, och har den integritet som krävs för att kunna säga nej när det behövs.
