A&R Lidingö Hemtjänst söker Vårdbiträden/Undersköterskor till vårt engagerade team på Lidingö. Hos oss får du möjligheten att göra skillnad i våra kunders vardag genom att erbjuda högkvalitativ och personcentrerad omsorg. I rollen ingår nära kontakt med våra kunder där ditt stöd bidrar till deras trygghet och välmående.

Ansvarsområden för Vårdbiträde/Undersköterska

  • Erbjuda stöd och omvårdnad i hemmet i enlighet med individuellt anpassade vårdplaner.
  • Bidra till en säker och omsorgsfull hemmiljö för våra kunder.
  • Dokumentera och rapportera vårdinsatser samt observerade förändringar i kundernas tillstånd.
  • Delta i teammöten och kommunicera med kollegor för att säkerställa en integrerad och effektiv vård.

Önskade kvalifikationer och egenskaper

  • Empatisk och flexibel: Du har förmågan att förstå och anpassa dig efter kundernas behov.
  • Kommunikativ: Du har en god förmåga att kommunicera klart och effektivt med både kollegor och kunder.
  • Självständig och initiativrik: Du kan arbeta självständigt och ta initiativ för att förbättra kvaliteten på omsorgen.
  • Relevant erfarenhet är meriterande: Tidigare erfarenhet inom hemtjänst eller liknande vårdverksamhet är en fördel.
