Om rollen

Som verksamhetschef har du det övergripande ansvaret för att din enhet levererar trygg, personlig och professionell omsorg. Du leder och utvecklar verksamheten mot uppsatta mål, ansvarar för ekonomi, bemanning och personal, och ser till att kvalitet och kundnöjdhet håller toppklass. Du samarbetar med kunder, anhöriga, medarbetare och kommunen.

Till din hjälp har du ett erfaret team av samordnare – som tillsammans med dig får vardagen att flyta. Du är dessutom en del av Caricos verksamhetschef-grupp, där du tillsammans med andra ledare inom Carico bidrar till att utveckla kvaliteten i hela koncernen.

Uppdrag och ansvarsområde

Du säkerställer bemanning och planering av kundernas insatser, följer upp kvaliteten i det dagliga arbetet och vet hur det faktiskt går till ute hos kunderna. Du skapar ett sammansvetsat team med hög motivation och trivsel, stödjer och utvecklar personalen genom dialog, feedback och utbildning, har tät kontakt med förvaltning, anhöriga och andra aktörer samt rapporterar direkt till Regionchef.

Vi har i dag omkring 240 kunder och 55 engagerade medarbetare – och du får leda en verksamhet som verkligen betyder något för många.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet inom vård och omsorg – gärna från hemtjänst, och du har arbetat i ledande roll minst 24 månader. Du har relevant högskoleutbildning såsom socionom alt motsvarande (minst 180 hp) och är trygg i rollen som ledare. Du är professionell och lösningsorienterad, bra på att kommunicera och bygga relationer, van vid att prioritera, delegera och följa upp, samt har en positiv och engagerad attityd. Körkort är ett plus, och fler språk än svenska är alltid välkommet i vårt mångkulturella team.
