Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gewinnst große Autohausgruppen und Händler als Käufer für unsere Plattform und führst sie vom ersten Gespräch bis zum ersten Kauf.
  • Du bereitest jeden Call gezielt vor: Du kennst Bestand, Einkaufsverhalten und Ansprechpartner, bevor du zum Hörer greifst.
  • Du verantwortest deine Accounts auch nach dem Abschluss und baust das Kaufvolumen über Cross- und Upselling aus.
  • Du steuerst deine Pipeline in Salesforce und verantwortest deine Zahlen: Calls, Termine, Abschlüsse, Umsatz pro Account.

Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit eigenem Sales Cycle, von der Erstansprache bis zum Abschluss, belegbar mit Zahlen
  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung per Telefon: Du hast nicht nur betreut, sondern selbst akquiriert.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick mit anspruchsvollen Entscheidern, die ihren Markt genau kennen
  • Erfahrung mit einem CRM wie Salesforce oder HubSpot, inklusive Pipeline-Pflege und Forecast
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Englisch auf B2-Niveau
  • KI-affine Arbeitsweise: Du nutzt Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Copilot aktiv im Arbeitsalltag.
