Über 40.000 Käufer aus mehr als 20 Ländern handeln bereits auf unserer Plattform. Deine Aufgabe sind die Händlergruppen, die noch nicht dabei sind. Du rufst Einkaufsleiter und Geschäftsführer an, für die der Zukauf von Gebrauchtwagen Tagesgeschäft ist, und machst aus dem ersten Call einen Kunden, der regelmäßig bei uns kauft.

Standort: Zentral in Berlin – Du arbeitest vor Ort in unserem Büro, hybrid mit 3 Tagen Office und 2 Tagen Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gewinnst Händlergruppen und Autohäuser als Käufer für unsere Plattform, von der ersten Kaltakquise über die Demo bis zum ersten Kauf.
  • Du führst Outbound-Gespräche auf Entscheiderebene und überzeugst mit konkreten Argumenten aus dem Händleralltag.
  • Du entwickelst dein Portfolio weiter: Du aktivierst neue Kunden, steigerst ihr Kaufvolumen und erkennst früh, wenn ein Account abzuwandern droht.
  • Du steuerst deine Pipeline in Salesforce selbst und verantwortest deine KPIs: Calls, Termine, Abschlüsse.

Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit eigenem Sales Cycle: Du hast Neukunden selbst gewonnen und kannst das mit Zahlen belegen.
  • Kaltakquise am Telefon ist für dich Alltag. Du weißt, wie viele Calls du pro Tag führst und wann dein letzter eigener Abschluss war.
  • Sicherheit in Einwandbehandlung und Verhandlung mit Entscheidern, telefonisch und per Video-Call
  • Erfahrung mit einem CRM wie Salesforce oder HubSpot, inklusive Pipeline-Pflege und Forecast
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Englisch auf B2-Niveau
  • KI-affine Arbeitsweise: Du nutzt Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Copilot aktiv im Arbeitsalltag.

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung im Gebrauchtwagenhandel, im Autohaus oder mit Händlerkunden
  • Erfahrung in Bestandskundenentwicklung, Cross- und Upselling
