Die meisten Enablement-Rollen geben dir einen Trainingskalender. Diese gibt dir ein Mandat der Geschäftsführung und einen Außendienst in Deutschland und Österreich, den du messbar besser machst. Du baust die COS Sales Academy vom Fundament zum System und misst die Wirkung an Ramp Time, Win Rate und Quota, nicht an Teilnehmerzahlen.

Standort: Zentral in Berlin – Du arbeitest vor Ort in unserem Büro, hybrid mit 3 Tagen Office und 2 Tagen Homeoffice. Dazu kommen regelmäßige Einsätze im Feld (rund 25 % Reisezeit).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die Academy end-to-end, vom Kompetenzmodell bis zur Governance
  • Du baust ein Onboarding auf, das neue Vertriebler:innen und Führungskräfte schneller produktiv macht
  • Du übersetzt Produkt-Launches in Talk Tracks und Battlecards, die im Feld ankommen
  • Du steuerst Trainings live, on demand und on the job, gestützt durch KI-Tools
  • Du machst Führungskräfte zu Coaches und präsentierst die Wirkung an harten KPIs

Was du mitbringst

  • Fünf Jahre oder mehr in Sales Enablement, Sales Training oder L&D, davon mindestens zwei im Scale-up-, SaaS- oder Plattform-Umfeld
  • Ein Enablement- oder Onboarding-Programm, das du selbst aufgebaut hast und das bis heute läuft
  • Eigene Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise im Außendienst mit Zielverantwortung
  • Du bringst Führungskräfte, Product und Ops an einen Tisch und hältst die Prioritäten klar
  • KI-affine Arbeitsweise: Du nutzt Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder Copilot aktiv im Arbeitsalltag
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Englisch mindestens B2 und Lust auf Einsätze in den Regionen

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung in Automotive oder Marketplaces
  • Praxis mit MEDDPICC, Challenger oder SPIN
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Trainer:innen
