  • Lead portfolio resource and capacity planning, ensuring critical projects are appropriately staffed and recommending changes to sequencing, ownership, or resource allocation when constraints arise, highlighting performance, risks, decisions required, and recovery actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen project processes, governance, reporting, and execution efficiency, and lead implementation of sustainable improvements across the portfolio.
  • Partner with Finance and project owners to validate savings assumptions, forecasts, timing, and benefit realization.
  • Maintain accurate project data in approved systems and create timely portfolio reports.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
