Nous recherchons une personne professionnelle expérimentée en CVC pour rejoindre notre équipe de ventes de services commerciaux CVC.

La personne idéale saura évoluer dans un environnement rapide, exceller dans l’établissement de solides relations avec les clients et offrir un service client exceptionnel.

Ce rôle est parfait pour toute personne orientée vers les résultats, capables d’évaluer et de comprendre les besoins immédiats et futurs des clients.

Ce poste est offert en mode hybride (3 jours sur site, 2 jours en télétravail).

Responsabilités principales

  • Sélectionner, proposer et vendre l’ensemble du portefeuille de produits et solutions de service CVC Carrier (par exemple, contrats de service, réparations et modernisations).
  • Utiliser le CRM pour gérer les interactions, les activités et le pipeline d’opportunités.
  • Identifier ou répondre aux opportunités de réparation.
  • Communiquer clairement la valeur ajoutée des offres Carrier et leur pertinence pour les besoins des clients.
  • Détecter la phase d’achat des clients et adapter la démarche commerciale en conséquence.
  • Répondre aux demandes clients de manière rapide et professionnelle.
  • Assurer le niveau de satisfaction auprès de la clientèle existante (interne et externe).
  • Adopter une approche proactive pour générer des prospects (leads).

Qualifications essentielles:

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES).
  • 2+ ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du CVC.
  • Communication fluide dans les deux langues: français et anglais (parlé et écrit).

Qualifications préférées (atouts)

Les compétences supplémentaires suivantes seront considérées comme des atouts :

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou équivalent.
  • Expérience en vente interne dans l'industrie du CVC.
  • Expérience avec un outil CRM (tel que Salesforce ou équivalent).
