Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar conferências, conciliações e controles relacionados às rotinas de contas a receber;Acompanhar recebimentos, identificar divergências e organizar informações para análise e acompanhamento da gestão;Apoiar a conferência documental dos processos de análise de crédito;Organizar e atualizar documentos administrativos, cadastrais e regulatórios, acompanhando prazos e vencimentos;Apoiar as rotinas do Sistema de Gestão Integrada (SGI), contribuindo para a organização de controles, documentos e evidências;Auxiliar nos processos de compras administrativas, incluindo cotações, comparativos e acompanhamento de pedidos;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua, organização e confiabilidade dos processos administrativos e financeiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência em rotinas financeiras, especialmente contas a receber e conciliação;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP;Excel intermediário;Organização, atenção aos detalhes, discrição e capacidade de identificar e acompanhar pendências.Será um diferencial:Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em ambiente industrial;Conhecimento em Sistema de Gestão Integrada (SGI);Vivência com controles documentais, processos administrativos e compras.
