Principais Atribuições:

Gerenciar e organizar o fluxo de informações e documentos administrativos da empresa, garantindo a eficiência na comunicação interna e externa.

Agendar e coordenar compromissos e reuniões da diretoria e de outros membros da equipe, assegurando a pontualidade e o cumprimento dos prazos.

Elaborar e revisar relatórios, documentos e correspondências, mantendo um alto padrão de redação e formatação.

Atender chamadas telefônicas, responder e-mails e realizar o atendimento presencial de clientes, fornecedores e parceiros, garantindo um tratamento cordial e eficiente.

Manter arquivos organizados e atualizados, tanto físicos quanto digitais, assegurando a rápida recuperação de informações quando necessário.

Preparar e organizar documentos para reuniões, conferências e eventos corporativos, apoiando na logística e no planejamento de tais eventos.

Auxiliar no controle de compras de materiais de escritório e outros suprimentos, garantindo o bom funcionamento das operações diárias.

Colaborar com outros setores, como RH e Financeiro, no que diz respeito à emissão de documentos, contratos e relatórios administrativos.

Requisitos:

Experiência anterior em funções administrativas ou financeiras, com foco em organização e suporte a diretores ou gestores.

Habilidades avançadas de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de lidar com diversos perfis de interlocutores de forma profissional.

Domínio de ferramentas de escritório, como Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), além de softwares de gestão de documentos.

Capacidade de organização e gestão do tempo, com habilidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente e cumprir prazos rigorosos.

Discrição e confiabilidade no manuseio de informações confidenciais.

Proatividade para antecipar as necessidades da equipe e resolver problemas de forma autônoma.

Diferenciais:

Ensino Superior em Administração ou áreas afins.

Experiência com gestão de agendas e organização de eventos corporativos.

Conhecimento em sistemas de ERP e ferramentas de gestão documental.
