O Coordenador de Vendas é o profissional responsável por planejar, coordenar e acompanhar as atividades da equipe comercial, garantindo o cumprimento das metas de vendas, o desenvolvimento do time e a execução das estratégias comerciais da empresa. Atua como elo entre a gestão e a equipe de vendas, assegurando alinhamento com os objetivos do negócio, eficiência nos processos comerciais e excelência no relacionamento com clientes. Seu principal objetivo é impulsionar resultados, aumentar a performance da equipe e fortalecer o posicionamento da marca no mercado.

Principais responsabilidades: Coordenar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de vendas, assegurando produtividade, engajamento e cumprimento de metas. Planejar e executar estratégias comerciais alinhadas ao planejamento estratégico da empresa. Definir metas, indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e planos de ação para a equipe comercial. Monitorar resultados de vendas, elaborando análises, relatórios e propostas de melhoria contínua. Atuar no desenvolvimento do time por meio de treinamentos, feedbacks e acompanhamento de desempenho. Garantir o correto uso de CRM, ferramentas comerciais e cumprimento dos processos de vendas. Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Marketing, Financeiro, Logística e Atendimento ao Cliente. Acompanhar negociações estratégicas, apoiar fechamentos e gerenciar a carteira de clientes. Analisar tendências de mercado, comportamento do cliente e ações da concorrência.

Habilidades e competências: Forte capacidade de liderança, gestão de pessoas e desenvolvimento de equipes. Perfil analítico e orientado a resultados. Excelente comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal. Capacidade de planejamento, organização e tomada de decisão. Habilidade para trabalhar com metas, pressão por resultados e prazos. Domínio de técnicas de vendas, funil comercial e gestão de pipeline. Familiaridade com CRM, indicadores comerciais e ferramentas de análise.

Formação acadêmica desejada: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou cursos de especialização em Gestão de Vendas, Liderança ou Estratégia Comercial serão considerados diferenciais.

Nível de experiência desejado: Experiência mínima de 4 a 7 anos na área comercial. Vivência prévia em coordenação, supervisão ou liderança de equipes de vendas.
