Ben jij technisch sterk binnen de brand- en beveiligingstechniek, maar wil je jouw kennis graag vanuit de binnendienst inzetten? Voor Gacom in Schijndel zoeken we een ervaren Servicecoördinator Brand- & Beveiligingstechniek.

Jij bent degene die klanten en monteurs verder helpt wanneer er een technisch probleem of storing ontstaat. Je stelt de juiste vragen, analyseert wat er aan de hand kan zijn en kijkt of je het probleem op afstand kunt oplossen. Lukt dat niet? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste monteur wordt ingezet. Deze functie is daarom ook interessant voor een ervaren service- of beveiligingsmonteur die graag de stap van buiten naar binnen wil maken.

Werkzaamheden:

  • Aannemen, analyseren en coördineren van technische storingen
  • Klanten telefonisch helpen bij technische problemen
  • Storingen waar mogelijk op afstand oplossen
  • Monteurs technisch ondersteunen bij vragen en complexere storingen
  • Servicewerkzaamheden coördineren en de juiste prioriteiten stellen
  • Schakelen met klanten, monteurs en leveranciers
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de brand- en beveiligingstechniek
  • Je hebt bijvoorbeeld gewerkt als service-, beveiligings- of onderhoudsmonteur
  • Je hebt kennis van inbraakbeveiliging, camera, toegangscontrole en/of brandmeldinstallaties
  • Je kunt zelfstandig storingen analyseren en denkt technisch in oplossingen
  • MBV, TBV en/of relevante product-, systeem-, BMI- of OAI-certificaten zijn mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en houdt overzicht als het druk wordt
  • Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag
