Er zijn monteurs die systemen onderhouden. En er zijn monteurs die ervoor zorgen dat klanten zich écht veilig voelen. Bij Van Wakeren Beveiliging zoeken we zo’n onderhoudsmonteur. Iemand die niet alleen kijkt of een inbraakmeldinstallatie, camerasysteem of beveiligingssysteem technisch goed werkt, maar ook begrijpt wat er voor de klant op het spel staat. Een winkelier die zijn zaak wil beschermen. Een organisatie die moet kunnen vertrouwen op toegangscontrole. Een particulier die met een gerust gevoel de deur achter zich dicht wil trekken.

Als Onderhoudsmonteur Beveiligingstechniek ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat onze installaties betrouwbaar blijven doen waarvoor ze bedoeld zijn: beveiligen. Je krijgt bij ons geen standaard route, standaard klanten of standaard werkdag. Je krijgt vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om jouw technische vakmanschap te laten zien.

  • Je hebt MBO of MBO+ werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als zelfstandig beveiligingsmonteur, onderhoudsmonteur of servicemonteur beveiligingstechniek.
  • Je hebt ervaring met inbraakmeldinstallaties, camerasystemen en beveiligingsinstallaties en werkt graag met moderne techniek.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en gebruikt jouw technisch inzicht om problemen te voorkomen in plaats van alleen op te lossen
  • Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar schakelt makkelijk met collega’s en communiceert duidelijk met klanten.
  • Je hebt rijbewijs B en bent bereid om storingsdiensten te draaien wanneer dat nodig is.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en technische kennis.
  • Een bedrijfswagen die je ook privé mag gebruiken, compleet passend bij jouw werk in de buitendienst.
  • Een baan van 32 tot 40 uur per week met veel zelfstandigheid, vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Klein Metaal, met zekerheid en goede afspraken.
  • Volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden, zodat jij kunt doorgroeien tot specialist, allround technicus of richting jouw volgende stap.
  • Werken met moderne beveiligingssystemen, afwisselende installaties en klanten die op jouw vakmanschap vertrouwen.
  • Een betrokken team waar collega’s elkaar echt kennen, jouw ideeën serieus worden genomen en je de ruimte krijgt om je werk op jouw manier goed te doen.
