Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Jurídico(a), com formação em Direito e interesse em atuar no ambiente dinâmico de um escritório de advocacia empresarial.

Essa posição é ideal para quem deseja desenvolver experiência prática e aprofundar conhecimentos técnicos, trabalhando ao lado de advogados, coordenadores e sócios em casos relevantes de contencioso e consultivo empresarial.

O(a) profissional dará suporte direto às demandas jurídicas do time, com oportunidades reais de aprendizado e crescimento.

Requisitos:

  • Graduação completa em Direito;
  • Boa organização, atenção a detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;
  • Boa comunicação escrita, organização e responsabilidade;
  • Interesse em aprender e se desenvolver na área empresarial;
  • Proatividade,
  • Familiaridade com sistemas jurídicos e pacote Office;
  • Inglês será considerado um diferencial.

Principais atividades:

  • Elaboração de minutas de peças jurídicas de maior complexidade, contratos, documentos e relatórios.
  • Realizar a atualização e controle de andamentos processuais em sistemas internos.
  • Lançar informações relevantes no sistema de gestão processual.
  • Pesquisa de jurisprudência e doutrina.
  • Realização de protocolos
  • Apoio aos advogados
  • Organização de documentação
  • Análise de peças e provas
  • Atendimento ao público
  • Realização de atos extrajudiciais
  • Participação em reuniões e diligências externas, quando necessário.
