DESCRIÇÃO SUMÁRIA:

Fornecer suporte administrativo na preparação e elaboração de documentos jurídicos, como contratos, resumos, declarações juramentadas, pleitos e acordos, garantindo que os documentos cumpram os requisitos legais e reflitam com precisão as intenções do cliente. Organizar e arquivar os documentos de processos trabalhistas e correspondências legais em locais pertinentes. Realizar controle da agenda de audiências. Elaborar relatórios, declarações e apoiar em petições judiciais e extrajudiciais. Resumir depoimentos, testemunhos e interrogatórios, quando aplicável. Realizar pesquisas jurídicas sobre leis, regulamentos e precedentes jurídicos relevantes para apoiar os advogados na preparação de casos, na elaboração de documentos jurídicos e na prestação de consultoria jurídica.

DESCRIÇÃO DETALHADA:

Processos

- Auxiliar na elaboração, análise e revisão de contratos comerciais e documentos jurídicos diversos.

- Mapear, organizar, lançar e controlar publicações;

- Executar e garantir atualização da planilha, com status e prazos dos processos em andamento;

- Redigir petições e demais documentos, quando necessários;

Documentação

- Solicitar ao RH e conferir documentos necessários aos processos trabalhistas;

- Auxiliar na elaboração de notificação junto com a equipe assistencial, quando necessário;

- Auxiliar na elaboração, pré análise e revisão de contratos comerciais e documentos jurídicos diversos.

Contratos

-Recepcionar documentos, realizar preenchimento de dados, enviar e controlar contratos de prestadores de serviço;

-Acompanhar devolutivas de contratos de prestadores de serviço assinado;

- Realizar preenchimento de dados para efetuar distrato para rescisão de prestadores de serviço e efetuar o envio;

- Garantir a assinatura e arquivo dos contratos de prestação de serviços;

- Manter controle rigoroso de todos os contratos de prestadores de serviços vigentes;

- Manter controle rigoroso de distratos.

Acompanhamento

- Auxiliar os departamentos em dúvidas ou demandas esporádicas, quando necessário;

- Manter registros e arquivos jurídicos atualizados;

- Organizar documentos jurídicos e garantir conformidade com os procedimentos internos e requisitos legais de arquivamento;

- Realizar pesquisas na legislação, jurisprudência, doutrina e outros materiais relevantes para auxiliar na preparação de casos, pareceres legais e documentos jurídicos.
