* Objetivo do trabalho: O Assistente Jurídico, nível Pleno, tem como objetivo fornecer suporte jurídico à empresa, assegurando a conformidade com as normas legais e regulatórias. Esta função envolve a análise de documentos, acompanhamento de processos e a elaboração de pareceres que impactam diretamente nas estratégias financeiras da organização. O trabalho é fundamental para proteger os interesses da empresa e promover sua atuação no mercado financeiro.

* Responsabilidades:

- Analisar contratos e documentos legais, identificando cláusulas que possam impactar as operações da empresa e propondo alterações conforme necessário.

- Auxiliar na elaboração de pareceres jurídicos e relatórios que orientem decisões estratégicas, garantindo a conformidade legal das ações da empresa.

- Acompanhar processos judiciais e administrativos, realizando diligências e mantendo registros atualizados sobre o andamento das demandas.

- Colaborar com outras áreas da empresa em questões legais, promovendo treinamentos e orientações sobre aspectos jurídicos relevantes.

- Prover suporte jurídico a negociações e transações financeiras, avaliando riscos e oportunidades legais.

- Interagir com advogados externos e autoridades regulatórias, mantendo uma comunicação eficaz para resolver questões jurídicas.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral em Direito, com foco em Direito Empresarial e Direito do Consumidor.

- Habilidade em análise de documentos e interpretação de normas legais.

- Competência em comunicação clara e objetiva, tanto verbal quanto escrita.

- Capacidade de resolução de problemas e tomada de decisões com base em informações jurídicas.

- Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de processos e pacotes de software jurídico.

** Qualificações educacionais:

- Graduação em Direito, com registro na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).

** Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em escritório de advocacia ou área jurídica de empresas, preferencialmente no setor financeiro ou de investimentos.

- Vivência em estágios relevantes será considerada.

** CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático das legislações pertinentes ao setor de investimentos e finanças.

- Familiaridade com a elaboração de relatórios e pareceres jurídicos.

- Habilidade em gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e prazos em um ambiente dinâmico.
