  • Support Castrol separation and transformation activities, including data migration, validation, testing, UAT and Day 1 readiness.
  • Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement, automation and simplification of Finance Master Data processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data quality issues and resolve complex master data challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy, consistency and process efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across Finance, Digital, ERP and Reporting teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
