Über das Team

Als Mitarbeiter Logistik (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Team bei der sicheren und effizienten Abwicklung der täglichen Logistikprozesse am Standort. Du übernimmst wichtige Aufgaben in der Materialversorgung, beim innerbetrieblichen Transport sowie bei der Be- und Entladung von LKW und Containern. Dabei sorgst du durch einen verantwortungsbewussten Umgang mit Flurförderzeugen, die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sowie eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise für reibungslose Abläufe. Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen und trägst aktiv zu einem sicheren und leistungsfähigen Arbeitsumfeld bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung innerbetrieblicher Transporte sowie Be- und Entladung von LKW und Containern mithilfe von Flurförderzeugen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheits- und Ladungssicherungsvorschriften.
  • Sicherstellung eines sicheren innerbetrieblichen Verkehrs durch vorausschauendes Handeln, Vermeidung von Anfahrschäden und aktive Reduzierung von Unfallrisiken.
  • Durchführung vorgegebener Inspektions-, Kontroll- und Reinigungsarbeiten an Flurförderzeugen, Produktionsmaschinen und Arbeitsbereichen einschließlich der Betriebsmittelkontrolle.
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Prozesskontrollen sowie Erfassung, Meldung und Dokumentation relevanter Prozessdaten und Kennzahlen.
  • Bearbeitung und Buchung von Arbeitsaufträgen und Materialverbräuchen im ERP-System sowie Nutzung digitaler Erfassungssysteme, beispielsweise Scanner.
  • Übernahme der Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten als Verlader gemäß Gefahrgutrecht (ADR) sowie konsequente Einhaltung aller geltenden HSSE-Richtlinien, Arbeitsanweisungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • Teilnahme an internen und externen Schulungen und Unterweisungen sowie Übernahme zusätzlicher, gesondert übertragener Aufgaben gemäß gesetzlichen Anforderungen oder dem BP Operating Management System (OMS), beispielsweise als Ersthelfer oder Flutschutzhelfer.

Das bringst du mit

  • Mindestens sechs Monate praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Lager oder innerbetrieblicher Transport mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen im Aufgabengebiet.
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikation zum Staplerfahrer mit gültigem Flurfördermittelschein.
  • Kenntnisse der geltenden Vorschriften zur Ladungssicherung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz (HSSE).
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, um neue Aufgaben und Arbeitsabläufe zuverlässig umzusetzen.
  • Eine gut organisierte, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl.
  • Kunden- und leistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie die Bereitschaft, Arbeitsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und geltende Richtlinien und Standards konsequent einzuhalten.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine offene Kommunikation, verbunden mit der Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Kolleginnen und Kollegen zu unterstützen und Sicherheitsrisiken aktiv anzusprechen.
