  • Monitor developments in machining processes, materials, equipment, regulations, customer requirements, and competitor technologies, and translate insights into product improvement or development needs.
  • Contribute to the development, localization, and deployment of metalworking fluid products and technical service offers, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities, product stewardship, and manufacturing capability.
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, application guidance, trial reports, case studies, training materials, and knowledge-sharing content for internal teams and customers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience MWF or a related industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of metalworking fluids and their application in machining and manufacturing processes, including fluid selection, use, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of machining operations, materials, tooling, equipment, fluid-management practices, and common performance concerns such as tool life, surface finish, corrosion, foaming, residue, and biological stability.
  • Practical experience in customer trials, laboratory and field testing, technical data interpretation, root-cause analysis, and preparation of clear technical recommendations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build credibility and communicate effectively with production, engineering, quality, purchasing, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate customer and market requirements into actionable technical work, product improvement priorities, and development proposals.
  • Strong problem-solving, project-management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
