  • Continue rigorous management of the implementation roadmap and capacity plan to ensure the plan is executable.
  • Guide sequencing, mobilization, interdependency management, resource planning, and escalation across concurrent programs.
  • Provide executives with concise, fact-based insight into readiness, risk, decisions, tradeoffs, and recovery actions.

Program & Project Leadership:

  • Promote practical, site-centered deployment methods that respect local manufacturing constraints while keeping enterprise standards and template integrity.
  • Ensure operational readiness criteria are explicit, measurable, independently challenged, and tied to go/no-go decisions.
  • Ensure feedback loops from each implementation are incorporated into future waves, playbooks, estimates, and deployments.

Release, Environment & Cutover Management:

  • Provide guidance for release management across build, test, training, mock cutover, production, and stabilization landscapes.

  • Sponsor integrated cutover planning, rehearsals, command-center operations, defect triage, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support.
  • Advance automation, observability, repeatability, and control to improve release quality and reduce deployment risk.

Data Migration, Testing & Quality Engineering:

  • Provide direction for data migration strategy and execution, including ownership, cleansing, mapping, conversion, reconciliation, mock cycles, controls, and business signoff.
  • Provide direction for the large deployment testing center of excellence, strengthening test strategy, tooling, automation, traceability, defect management, performance validation, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Ensure end-to-end process, integration, regression, security, performance, user acceptance, and operational readiness testing are planned as one quality system.
  • Use evidence-based quality measures to make risks visible and support objective deployment decisions.

  • Guide SAP development engineering standards, governance, code quality, documentation, and technical assurance.
  • Align development practices with architecture, cybersecurity, integration, data, release, and support requirements.
  • Build internal capability while using systems integrators and suppliers selectively, with clear accountability for knowledge transfer and sustainable ownership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
