Immobilienbewirtschafter/in (80 bis 100 %)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige und ganzheitliche Bewirtschaftung eines Portfolios von Mietliegenschaften
  • Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung der Eigentümer
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mieter bei sämtlichen Anliegen rund um das Mietverhältnis
  • Vermietung von Wohnungen und einigen Gewerbeobjekten
  • Durchführung von Besichtigungen, Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben
  • Erstellung und Bewirtschaftung von Mietverträgen
  • Durchführung von Mietzinsanpassungen und Vertragsmutationen
  • Bearbeitung von Kündigungen und Wiedervermietungen
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Unterhalts\-, Reparatur\- und Renovationsarbeiten
  • Koordination von Handwerkern und externen Dienstleistern
  • Kontrolle von Rechnungen und Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfällen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie besitzen den Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in oder verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Mietliegenschaften
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Mietrechts
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Eigeninitiative
  • Begeisterung für Immobilien
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Eigentümern, Mietern und Geschäftspartnern
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Erfahrung mit ImmoTop 2 ist ein Plus
  • Eigenes Auto
