O que você vai fazer no dia a dia (Responsabilidades)

  • Gerenciar a rotina de Contas a Receber, garantindo controle e previsibilidade do fluxo de caixa.
  • Realizar conciliações financeiras, baixas de recebimentos e conferência de comprovantes.
  • Acompanhar inadimplência, apoiar ações de cobrança e negociação com clientes.
  • Emitir e controlar boletos, notas, faturas e relatórios de recebíveis.
  • Monitorar vencimentos, prazos e previsões de recebimento, identificando riscos e oportunidades.
  • Preparar e atualizar relatórios gerenciais, apoiando a tomada de decisão.
  • Demais atividades pertinentes.

O que buscamos em você (Competências e Requisitos)

  • Experiência prévia com Contas a Receber e rotinas financeiras.
  • Conhecimento em contas a pagar.
  • Conhecimento em conciliação, controle de recebíveis e análise de indicadores.
  • Bom nível em Excel.
  • Familiaridade com ERP/sistemas financeiros.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e senso de prioridade.
  • Boa comunicação para alinhamentos com áreas internas e suporte a clientes quando necessário.
  • Perfil analítico, proativo e com foco em melhoria contínua.
  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Finanças ou correlatas.
