About the Role: We are seeking German-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Analysts to join a dynamic safety and moderation team in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid model). You will be responsible for reviewing gaming content to ensure online communities remain safe, respectful, and compliant with platform policies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and moderate user-generated gaming content, text, and media according to strict community safety guidelines.
  • Identify, flag, and escalate policy violations, abusive behavior, or security risks.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and high attention to detail in high-volume content evaluation.
  • Contribute to building safer digital environments for online gaming communities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Work Authorization: Must hold valid EU/EEA citizenship or active work authorization for Bulgaria.
  • Languages: Native or C1 proficiency in German; B2+ proficiency in English.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking, good computer literacy, and emotional resilience when evaluating policy-sensitive content.
  • Soft Skills: High level of objectivity, attention to detail, and sound decision-making abilities.
