Customer Service Specialist | German & English | Remote from Greece | Prestigious Automotive Project

Location: Athens / Remote from anywhere in Greece

Languages Required: German (C2) & English (B2)

Gross Salary: 1,300.00 per month

Productivity Bonus: Up to 150.00, subject to target achievement

Start Date: 23/Nov

Your Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat to German speaking customers.

Assist with inquiries about products, services, warranties, and technical support.

Provide effective, professional, and efficient solutions.

Accurately document and manage customer interactions.

Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the prestige and values of a globally respected automotive company.

German at C2 level (native or near native).

English at B2 level.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already residing there (relocation fully supported).
