Are you fluent in Spanish and passionate about helping people? Join an international team in Lisbon and support customers using innovative medical technology.

Starting Date: 23 November 2026

The Role

As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with technical questions and the proper use of medical devices. You will provide support via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and help customers with orders, invoicing, and shipment tracking.

Requirements

* Spanish fluency and good English communication skills * At least 2 years of experience in technical support * Experience in troubleshooting and customer service * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Empathetic, helpful, and a strong team player * Ability to handle sensitive information

Salary & Benefits

* Total gross monthly salary: €1,262 * Meal allowance * Attendance bonus * Performance-based bonus * Paid training * Portuguese employment contract * Private health insurance after contract signature * Opportunity for a permanent contract after 2 years

Training

* Approximately 20 working days * 8 hours per day * Training conducted in English * Training compensation: €92.80 per week

Working Conditions

* Location: Lisbon, Portugal * 40 hours per week * Rotational shifts, 24/7 schedule * Temporary renewable contract
