Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about customer service? Join an international team supporting a well-known car rental brand and help customers throughout their rental journey.

You'll assist with reservations, booking changes, billing inquiries, complaints, and other customer requests while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email Assist with bookings, cancellations, and rental information Resolve complaints and billing-related questions Manage customer cases using internal systems Document interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Italian – Fluent (C1–C2) English – B2 or higher

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail Ability to multitask and use different systems Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
