Wir suchen Dich für die Erweiterung unserer Finance-Abteilung an unserem Standort in Hamburg-Harburg in unbefristeter Festanstellung mit Start ab sofort als:

Commercial Controller (gn)

Was sind Deine Aufgaben bei uns?

  • Business Partner für das Management und die Fachbereiche (unter anderem Vertrieb) bei kommerziellen Fragestellungen, Preisstrategien und Markteinführungen sowie der Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Analyse und Steuerung von Umsatz-, Absatz-, Margen- und Profitabilitätsentwicklungen auf Kunden-, Produkt- und Geschäftsebene
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebs-KPIs, Management-Reports, Dashboards und aussagekräftigen Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Durchführung von Budget-, Forecast- und Szenarioplanungen sowie Abweichungsanalysen und Maßnahmenverfolgung
  • Identifikation von Geschäftsrisiken, Wachstumspotenzialen sowie Optimierungsmöglichkeiten zur Ergebnisverbesserung
  • Verantwortung für Preis- und Konditionsanalysen
  • Leitung und Unterstützung nationaler und europäischer Commercial-Excellence-Projekte
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie beim Reporting an die Konzernmutter
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Commercial Controlling oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Controlling, Finanzanalyse und kaufmännische Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, strategische und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, idealerweise SAP S/4HANA, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und Power Point
  • Erfahrung mit modernen Reporting- und Business-Intelligence-Lösungen, beispielsweise Power BI
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe mit Management und Fachbereichen zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
