De productielocatie van Carlisle in Kampen staat aan de vooravond van een nieuwe fase. De productie wordt opnieuw ingericht en het leiderschap op de werkvloer krijgt een stevige impuls. Als Teamleider Productie speel jij hierin een sleutelrol.

De rol

Samen met een collega‑teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van circa 60 medewerkers binnen een internationale productieomgeving. In jouw ploeg (ochtend of avond) zorg je voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie. Je stuurt op basis van SQDC‑doelstellingen, optimaliseert de inzet van mensen en machines en grijpt in bij verstoringen. Daarnaast houd je de skill‑matrix actueel en draag je actief bij aan teamontwikkeling.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Dagelijks aansturen van de productie en bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang
  • Monitoren en verbeteren van prestaties volgens SQDC
  • Coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers; voeren van ontwikkel‑ en verzuimgesprekken
  • Stimuleren van inzetbaarheid en roulatie binnen het team
  • Bijdragen aan de professionalisering van de productieorganisatie en de implementatie van het Carlisle Operating System

Je werkt nauw samen met de Operationeel Manager, Procesengineering, Maintenance, Quality en Planning en rapporteert aan de Operationeel Manager.

Je bent een praktische en coachende leider die structuur en duidelijkheid brengt. Je schakelt snel bij storingen of personele uitval en behoudt ook onder druk het overzicht, met blijvende focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Wat breng je mee?

  • MBO 4 werk‑ en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch
  • Leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Bereidheid om in 2‑ploegendienst te werken
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is Europa’s toonaangevende producent van dak‑ en gevelsystemen. Op de locatie in Kampen werken circa 110 medewerkers aan toekomstbestendige EPDM‑oplossingen en halffabricaten voor productiesites in Roemenië en Duitsland.
