Jij jaagt kansen na, overtuigt nieuwe klanten en tilt bestaande relaties naar een hoger niveau. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter onze omzetgroei in Nederland en straks ook in Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Zwitserland.

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is Europa's toonaangevende fabrikant van dak- en gevelsystemen. Wij produceren onder andere EPDM-folie, butyl tapes en TPO. Al meer dan 50 jaar zetten we onze passie en expertise in voor de ontwikkeling van toekomstbestendige éénlaagse afdichtingssystemen. Voor vrijwel elk project bieden wij een passende oplossing.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je spot en benut commerciële kansen bij nieuwe én bestaande klanten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor omzet- en margeresultaat in jouw regio (NL).
  • Je bedient uiteenlopende marktsegmenten: van prefab- en conceptbouwers tot aannemers, timmerfabrieken, gevelbouwers en gespecialiseerde distributeurs.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Customer Support, Productmanagement en Supply Chain.
  • Je bouwt relaties op alle niveaus binnen klantorganisaties en vergroot onze impact door cross-selling.
  • Je geeft presentaties en trainingen die klanten inspireren.
  • HBO/WO werk-en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in commerciële richting
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie bij voorkeur in de bouwsector
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pre
  • Zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en analytisch sterk
