Cecilie’s Amar søger lige nu teamledere – både til deltid og fuldtid. Som teamleder bliver du en vigtig del af vores team, hvor du vil sørge for, at gæsterne altid får en uforglemmelig oplevelse, samtidig med at du leder og motiverer dine kollegaer, og sikrer effektiv drift i café, bar og aktivitetsområder.

Vi søger dedikerede og servicestærke teamledere, der kan tage ansvaret for den daglige drift og ledelse af teamet i baren. Du bliver den, der får hverdagen til at hænge sammen – både for gæsterne og for dine kollegaer.

Fuldtid: 37 timer pr. uge

Deltid: 15 – 40 timer månedligt.

Hvad er dine primære opgaver?

  • Betjening, servicering og velkomst af alle Cecilie’s gæster
  • Afrydning og rengøring, så Cecilie’s altid fremstår indbydende.
  • Håndtering af åbne- og lukkerutiner.
  • Ledelse og vejledning af teamet for at sikre smidig drift.
  • Konflikthåndtering med fokus på en positiv oplevelse for gæster og medarbejdere.

Hvem er du?

  • Du har erfaring fra servicebranchen eller lignende ledelseserfaring.
  • Du er udadvendt, serviceminded og smilende.
  • Du trives med mange forskelligartede opgaver i højt tempo.
  • Du er selvstændig, løsningsorienteret og kan bevare overblikket.
  • Du har ansvarsfølelse og en positiv tilgang.
  • Du er fleksibel og klar på både hverdage, weekender samt morgen-, middag- og aftenvagter.
  • Du er ikke bange for at gå forrest og vise vejen for resten af teamet.
