Dette er en rolle for deg som motiveres av å skape resultater og utvikling. Du får ansvaret for et kompetent fagmiljø og muligheten til å videreutvikle en av Norasondes viktigste satsinger utenfor Østlandet.

Som teamleder får du ansvar for medarbeidere, arbeidsmiljø, drift og leveransekvalitet. Du skal følge opp mål og resultater, videreutvikle samarbeidet med NAV og andre samarbeidspartnere og bidra til vekst i Bergensregionen.

Dine arbeidsoppgaver

· Lede og utvikle medarbeidere, arbeidsmiljø og teamkultur

· Sikre høy kvalitet i våre tjenester

· Ha ansvar for drift, ressursplanlegging og bemanning

· Følge opp mål, resultater og rapportering i henhold til kontrakter

· Videreutvikle samarbeidet med NAV og øvrige samarbeidspartnere

· Bidra til vekst og utvikling av Norasonde i Bergensregionen

· Representere Norasonde i relevante nettverk og møteplasser

· Ved behov bistå i undervisning og opplæringsaktiviteter for å sikre stabile og gode leveranser

Kvalifikasjoner

· Erfaring med personalledelse og teamutvikling

· Erfaring med drift, planlegging og resultatoppfølging

· God forståelse for mål- og resultatstyring

· Gode kommunikasjonsevner og evne til å bygge sterke relasjoner internt og eksternt

· Erfaring fra arbeidsinkludering eller norskopplæring er en fordel

· Pedagogisk kompetanse er en fordel

· Erfaring med samarbeid med NAV eller andre offentlige aktører er ønskelig
