We Do Sales søger en Teamleder til vores kontor i København.

Vi leder efter dig, der ikke har behov for at sidde på sidelinjen og fortælle andre, hvordan man sælger.

Du går forrest.

Du bliver en central del af vores København-team og får ansvar for både mennesker, performance og den daglige udvikling af kontoret.

DIN ROLLE

Som Teamleder bliver du en del af den daglige drift og samtidig en drivkraft i vores vækst.

Du kommer bl.a. til at:

  • Lede teamet fra fronten og selv være aktiv på salgsfronten
  • Coache og udvikle vores sælgere
  • Følge op på performance, mål og resultater
  • Være med til at rekruttere, træne og onboarde nye sælgere
  • Få ansvar for den daglige drift og udvikling af København-kontoret
  • Være med til at starte nye salgskampagner
  • Få medansvar for kampagnebudgetter og teamaktiviteter
  • Skabe en stærk kultur med energi, ambitioner og fællesskab
  • Identificere nye muligheder og være med til at udvikle vores salgsorganisation
  • På sigt få mulighed for at være med til at opbygge og drive B2B-kampagner

Det er en rolle med frihed under ansvar. Du får plads til at sætte dit eget præg på teamet og være med til at forme, hvordan vi arbejder.

VI FORESTILLER OS, AT DU

  • Har erfaring med Field Sales
  • Gerne har erfaring med kampagnebaseret salg
  • Har naturligt drive og kan motivere andre
  • Er stærk kommunikativt og kan skabe energi omkring dig
  • Har lyst til at udvikle mennesker – ikke bare jagte egne salg
  • Tør tage ansvar og træffe beslutninger
  • Trives med mål, konkurrence og performance
  • Er typen, der selv går forrest, når der skal leveres

Ledelseserfaring er en fordel – men ikke et krav.

Det vigtigste er, at du har salgsdisciplinen, energien og lysten til at tage næste skridt.
