What if your first conversation with someone could be the start of a life-changing journey?    At Centauri Health Solutions, we help people navigate the complexities of government assistance programs.  We are looking for empathetic, driven individuals to join us as Bilingual Senior Outreach Specialists. You will be the first point of contact for health plan members, helping them understand and begin the process of applying for Social Security Disability benefits. If you find satisfaction in making a tangible difference from the very first call, your mission starts here.    Your Daily Mission (What You’ll Do)  You will be the voice of support and a trusted guide, introducing members to the possibility of receiving life-changing benefits. 

Compassionate Conversations: Make outbound and receive inbound calls from people interested in applying for disability benefits through the Social Security Administration.  The "Human Translator": Determine if individuals or their dependents are eligible for disability benefits through a series of simple questions. When needed, you will explain complex regulations and eligibility requirements in simple, warm, and patient terms.  Application Kickstart: Gather sensitive personal and financial details to determine eligibility and assist in the initial submission of Social Security Disability applications.  Data Integrity: Accurately compile, record, and evaluate personal and financial data using Centauri’s systems.  Regulatory Standards: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and company information security policies to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all data.  

The Ideal Advocate (Who You Are)  You are the person friends and family turn to when they need clear, compassionate guidance. 

Experience: 2+ years in a high-touch customer service or call center environment.  Communication Pro: You are fluent in English and Spanish, possessing the ability to speak, read, and write both languages with ease. You have excellent phone skills, actively listen, and can be assertive with compassion. You remain calm and professional, seeing obstacles as opportunities to build trust.  Compassionate: You love to help people  Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable placing and receiving calls via contact center software and have strong data entry skills.  Critical Thinker: You can manage difficult conversations and use probing questions to clarify information and find solutions.  Remote Ready: You have experience working remotely and have a private, quiet office space.

High-Volume Engagement: This is a phone-based role. You will spend your day making and receiving calls.  Scripted Excellence: To ensure total compliance, you will work within well-defined procedures. Your creativity comes from your tone and empathy while following the process.  Goal-Oriented: You will be expected to meet daily and weekly production and quality goals. Efficiency allows us to help more people.  Bonus: You will be eligible to receive bonus payments for exceptional performance.
