Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen unserem Senior Baukoordinator und unseren Kunden. Mit deinem technischen Verständnis, Organisationstalent und deiner Hands-on-Mentalität sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Richtfunkprojekte reibungslos geplant und umgesetzt werden – vom Schreibtisch bis zur Baustelle.

  • Unterstützung des Senior Baukoordinators bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Richtfunkprojekten
  • Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten im Büro sowie operative Begleitung auf der Baustelle
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Bauabläufen vor Ort
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Dienstleistern und internen Teams
  • Einsatz von Drohnen zur Dokumentation und Standortbegehung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben und Einsatz von PSA
  • Bayernweite Einsätze mit Schwerpunkt im südlichen/zentralen Raum

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Baukoordination oder Telekommunikation von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit persönlicher Schutzausrüstung gegen Absturz (PSA GA)
  • Steigberechtigung (wünschenswert) – alternativ bieten wir Schulungen an
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Drohnen (z. B. zur Dokumentation)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Laptop, MS Office und digitalen Tools
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Bayerns
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
