Dein Job bei uns

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Teams
  • Aufbau neuer Mitarbeiterstrukturen und Kundenbeziehungen
  • Planung und Steuerung von Kälte- und Klimaprojekten
  • Koordination von Nachunternehmern bei größeren Projekten
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Abläufe
  • Technische Beratung von Kunden und Projektpartnern
  • Ausbau des Fachbereichs und aktive Mitgestaltung des Unternehmenswachstums

Das bringst du mit

  • Techniker, Meister oder Bachelor im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Kälte- oder Klimatechnik
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Klima- und Kältetechnik
  • Führungserfahrung oder starke Ambitionen zur Führungskraft
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Kundenorientierung
  • Vorteilhaft: bestehendes Kundennetzwerk oder eigene Geschäftskontakte
