The posting

Vi söker en produktionssakkunnig och byggledare inom järnväg till Trafikverket.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Gävle.

Tjänsten är på heltid.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Uppdraget avser produktionssakkunnig och byggledare i Trafikverkets järnvägsprojekt Bollnäs växelbyte. Projektet omfattar byte av 16 befintliga spårväxlar mot 17 nya samt cirka 2 500 spårmeter. Även signalanläggningar, elkraft, markanläggningar och kablar anpassas.

Konsulten arbetar som produktionssakkunnig under projekteringsskedet och som byggledare under produktionsskedet. Uppdraget innebär stöd till projektledningen med fokus på byggbarhet, genomförbarhet, produktionsplanering och uppföljning av projektörer och entreprenörer.

Projekteringen pågår under 2026 och produktionen planeras till 2027–2028.

Arbetsuppgifter

Stödja projektledningen med uppföljning av projektörer avseende tid, ekonomi och kvalitet.

Medverka i projekteringsprocessen och framtagandet av förfrågningsunderlag med fokus på byggbarhet och genomförbarhet.

Delta i entreprenadplanering och bedöma produktionsmässig genomförbarhet.

Följa upp entreprenörernas arbete avseende tid, ekonomi och kvalitet.

Samordna uppföljningen med byggplatsuppföljare inom övriga teknikområden.

Ta fram kontrollprogram för uppföljning av entreprenörer.

Delta i interna och externa projektmöten samt genomföra platsbesök.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Erfarenhet av AB 04 och AMA. Erfarenheten får vara högst fem (5) år gammal.

Minst tio (10) års arbetserfarenhet som projektledare eller delprojektledare inom järnvägsprojekt i rollen som beställare eller beställarrepresentant.

Minst fem (5) års arbetserfarenhet som byggplatsuppföljare, byggledare eller arbetsledare inom järnvägsprojekt.

Inneha i Sverige giltigt körkort för personbil.

Kunna uttrycka sig väl på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Kännedom om lagar, förordningar, standarder och föreskrifter inom aktuellt sakområde.

Giltig utbildning i BASÄSKYDD.

(Angivna erfarenhetsår avser en sysselsättningsgrad om minst 50 % under respektive period.)

Meriterande

Förmåga att tillföra mervärde inom byggbarhet och genomförbarhet i rollen som produktionssakkunnig och byggledare.
