Brindar soporte integral a la gestión contable de la compañía, participando activamente en los procesos de cierre, conciliaciones, análisis de cuentas, preparación de reportes financieros y cumplimiento de normas contables, asegurando la calidad y confiabilidad de la información financiera.

Principales responsabilidades

Cierre contable

  • Participar en el proceso de cierre mensual, trimestral y anual.
  • Registrar asientos contables y ajustes de cierre.
  • Preparar papeles de trabajo y documentación de soporte.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de estados financieros bajo IFRS.

Análisis y conciliaciones

  • Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y de cuentas contables.
  • Analizar variaciones patrimoniales y resultados.
  • Identificar y resolver partidas pendientes o diferencias.
  • Garantizar la consistencia de la información financiera.

Reportes financieros

  • Elaborar reportes contables y financieros para la gerencia.
  • Preparar información requerida para auditorías internas y externas.
  • Dar soporte en la confección de notas y anexos de estados contables.

Operaciones de Oil & Gas

  • Registrar y analizar transacciones propias del negocio de Upstream.
  • Dar seguimiento a costos operativos, inversiones y activos del negocio.
  • Participar en procesos vinculados a Joint Ventures y acuerdos operativos cuando corresponda.
  • Colaborar con áreas de Finanzas, Control de Gestión y Operaciones.

Mejora de procesos

  • Proponer mejoras en circuitos y controles contables.
  • Participar en automatizaciones y optimización de procesos.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de políticas y procedimientos contables.

Requisitos

  • Entre 4 y 6 años de experiencia en posiciones contables.
  • Contador Público graduado.
  • Experiencia en empresas de Oil & Gas vinculadas al negocio de Upstream.
  • Experiencia participando en cierres contables mensuales y anuales.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de normas contables e IFRS.
  • Manejo avanzado de SAP u otros sistemas ERP.
  • Experiencia en conciliaciones contables y análisis de cuentas patrimoniales y de resultados.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Participación en auditorías externas.
  • Experiencia en estructuras de Joint Ventures (JV) o UTE.
  • Conocimiento de procesos específicos de la industria hidrocarburífera.
  • Experiencia en reporte de información financiera trimestral para cías CNV.
  • Experiencia en documentación controles SOX
