Tareas a realizar:

  • Desarrollar estimaciones de CAPEX para proyectos industriales, desde etapas conceptuales y de factibilidad hasta proyectos EPC.
  • Elaborar presupuestos multidisciplinarios que incluyan obras civiles, estructuras metálicas, montajes mecánicos, piping, equipos, instalaciones eléctricas de alta y media tension, instrumentación y control.
  • Realizar cómputos y estimaciones de cantidades de materiales (MTO), a partir de documentos de ingeniería.
  • Desarrollar análisis de precios unitarios, contemplando materiales, mano de obra, equipos, rendimientos, productividad y costos indirectos.
  • Estimar costos de construcción, montaje, logística, movilización, obradores y servicios auxiliares.
  • Elaborar bases de estimación, identificando supuestos, exclusiones, contingencias y riesgos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener bases de datos de precios, rendimientos y costos históricos de proyectos.
  • Analizar y comparar ofertas técnico-económicas de contratistas y proveedores.
  • Evaluar desvíos de precios, cantidades y alcances respecto de los presupuestos de referencia.
  • Colaborar en la definición de paquetes de contratación y estrategias de ejecución.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Civil, Mecánica, Electronico, Electromecánica, Industrial.
  • Experiencia laboral mínima de 10 años en proyectos de construcción de obras industriales o de infraestructura de gran envergadura.
  • Experiencia comprobable en empresas constructoras, contratistas EPC, empresas de ingeniería o áreas de presupuestos y licitaciones de grandes proyectos.
  • Experiencia directa en elaboración de presupuestos y estimaciones de costos multidisciplinarios.
  • Dominio de cómputos métricos, estimación de cantidades de materiales y análisis de precios unitarios.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías constructivas, rendimientos de mano de obra, costos de equipos y recursos de montaje.
  • Experiencia en interpretación de documentación de ingeniería y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Conocimiento de contratos de obra, modalidades de contratación y evaluación económica de ofertas.
