Descripción de la Posición / Funciones:

  • Planificar, Conducir y Ejecutar actividades de auditoría interna en el marco de un Plan Anual de Auditoría aprobado por Presidencia Directorio. Esto implica seleccionar población y muestras de datos, analizar datos, entrevistar personal, entender un proceso clave de negocio cualquiera, saber interpretarlo y dibujarlo en un Flujograma, identificar puntos clave de control y probar eficiencia y efectividad de control interno;
  • Análisis de Root Causes, armado de planes de remediación y su correspondiente seguimiento;
  • Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y su impacto en controles;
  • Aplicar Programa AntiFraude corporativo y conducir Investigaciones de potenciales Fraude en contra de los Activos de la Compañía;
  • Manejar conceptos de teoría de Riesgo, esto es identificar los potenciales problemas que se podrían dar dentro de un proceso determinado, análisis de probabilidad de ocurrencia e impacto económico y dibujo de Mapa de Riesgos;
  • Discusión con el Usuario Interno de las Observaciones detectadas en el Proceso de Auditoría. Armado de Informes y Presentación al Nivel de Reporte;
  • Contar con nociones básicas de la Metodología de Certificación SoX 404 y temas generales de Gobierno Corporativo.

Requisitos

Profesión: afín a Ciencias Económicas / Sistemas / Ingeniería Industrial.

Disponibilidad para Viajar: Recurrente a Planta en Timbúes (Provincia de Santa Fe)

Conocimientos Previos de Auditoría Interna Operativa: Al menos 3 años en firmas de auditoría.

Certificaciones: CISA (no excluyente)

Herramientas de Tecnología requeridas:

  • SAP (excluyente)
  • Conocimientos de IA (deseable)
  • Power Bi (deseable)
  • Herramientas cualquiera de análisis de datos (deseable).
