This position will see you managing a team of Total Reward Specialists and overseeing the group benefits plan and pension administration, to ensure timely, efficient program operation, supplier liaison, ongoing employee communication, and issue resolution. This position will also have oversight of the HCM module of the Oracle ERP system (HIVE) and work closely with P&E functional areas, IMG, Payroll and management to ensure there are proper plan set-ups, functionality, security level, testing, reporting, and data quality and manage a team of HRIS Specialist and Analyst.

As Manager of Total Reward & HRIS, you will also contribute to the achievement of CAMH human resources objectives by managing the HR Coordinator team with the data entry and workflows. More specifically, we will count on you to recommend, develop and implement process improvements and ensuring auditing measures are in place to maintain an accurate HRIS database in HIVE. You’ll be expected to review process flow efficiencies to enhance service delivery and report on effectiveness and volumes.

Qualifications

This is an opportunity to put into practice the expertise you’ve acquired through a recognized degree in a related discipline and at least three (3) years of benefits, pension, compensation and HRIS experience in a unionized Human Resource environment, combined with 3-5 years progressive leadership experience. As Manager, Total Rewards & HRIS, you will also bring the following strengths to the table:

  • You have a professional background dealing specifically with issues related to compensation programs and HRIS systems, developing policies and procedures, and providing leadership in budget and program/project planning processes.
  • Your experience with full suite ERP systems will ideally include in-depth experience with Oracle.
  • You possess strong functional knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems across a broad spectrum of modules.
  • You are a strategic thinker with exceptional conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Your oral and written communication skills are excellent, as demonstrated in your ability to listen and collaborate effectively, value individual strengths and bring out the best in people.
  • Known for excellence in execution, you can lead with vision, set ambitious but attainable goals, as well as innovate, improve and promote accountability and ethics.
  • You demonstrate excellent judgment and the capacity to work with diverse stakeholders, thanks to your knowledge and understanding of equity and diversity principles, issues and practices.
  • You have above-average PC skills with a focus on MS Office Suite applications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
