EpiCURA, groupe hospitalier multisite en pleine évolution, recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de Service pour diriger son service de Dermatologie.

Présentation du service

Le service de dermatologie assure la prise en charge diagnostique, thérapeutique et préventive des affections dermatologiques, vénérologiques et allergologiques.

  • Consultations de dermatologie générale
  • Consultations de dermatologie spécialisée : dermatite atopique, psoriasis modéré à sévère, vitiligo, prise en charge de plaies/ ulcères
  • Chirurgie cutanée
  • Dermatologie pédiatrique
  • Dépistage et prise en charge du mélanome
  • Puvathérapie
  • Unité de photothérapie dynamique : traitement par lampes, utilisé pour détruire certaines lésions superficielles de la peau, surtout des cancers cutanés superficiels
  • Traitement laser des lésions vasculaires et pigmentaires bénignes (angiome stellaire, rosacée, érythème diffus et télangiectasies, varices et veines péri-orbitaires, lacs veineux et malformations veineuses).
  • Microvascularisation : administre de légères micro-impulsions qui ciblent la micro vascularisation et stimulent le remodelage du collagène atténuant l’apparence des rides, l’érythème diffus et les autres signes notables de vieillissement.

Votre mission

En tant que Chef(fe) de Service, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Assurer la gestion stratégique et opérationnelle du service, incluant la prise e charge optimale des patients, la coordination des équipes médicales
  • Garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la continuité des soins, avec suivi des indicateurs et contribution aux démarches d’accréditation
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre le projet de service, en cohérence avec le plan stratégique médical de l’institution
  • De la formation des médecins assistants et internes, ainsi que de la transmission des bonnes pratiques
  • Favoriser la collaboration interdisciplinaire, pour optimiser les parcours de soins et renforcer la synergie entre services et les partenaires externes
  • Contribuer à la politique qualité, à l’innovation et, le cas échéant, à la recherche clinique et à l’enseignement

Votre profil

  • Diplôme de médecin spécialiste en dermatologie-vénéréologie, ou titulaire d’un diplôme reconnu et autorisé à exercer en Belgique
  • Justifier d’une expérience clinique confirmée, ainsi que d’une expérience en gestion d’équipe ou en coordination médicale ;
  • Compétences avérées en management, leadership et communication (un diplôme en management est un atout)
  • Esprit d’équipe, rigueur, intégrité, dynamisme et sens des responsabilités
  • Avoir une vision stratégique et un intérêt marqué pour le développement du service ;
  • Disponibilité pour un temps d’activité minimum de 5 demi-journées par semaine
  • Accréditation en règle et maintien de celle-ci
