The posting

Au sein du laboratoire de biologie clinique d’EpiCURA, l’activité ambulatoire assure la coordination des différents lieux et partenaires impliqués dans les prélèvements réalisés en dehors des unités hospitalières. Elle veille au bon déroulement du processus, de la réalisation des prélèvements au transport des échantillons et à la transmission des résultats, en collaboration avec les équipes internes, les médecins, les préleveurs indépendants et les différentes structures de soins partenaires. Le service contribue également au développement de l’activité ambulatoire, à l’amélioration continue de la qualité ainsi qu’à la mise en œuvre de projets liés notamment à la prescription électronique et aux outils informatiques. Vous souhaitez contribuer au bon fonctionnement de l’activité ambulatoire d’un laboratoire de biologie clinique et jouer un rôle clé dans la coordination des prélèvements et des différents partenaires de soins ? Votre mission

  • Vous organisez le monitoring de l’activité et élaborez des tableaux de bord, notamment en matière de rentabilité, en collaboration avec les contrôleurs de gestion
  • Vous supervisez les prestataires indépendants et participez à leur planification ainsi qu’au suivi de la qualité des prélèvements
  • Vous contribuez au développement et à la promotion de l’activité ambulatoire auprès des médecins et infirmiers indépendants
  • Vous collaborez aux projets liés à la prescription électronique et aux outils informatiques développés pour l’activité ambulatoire
  • Vous veillez au respect des procédures, des normes de sécurité et de qualité
  • Vous assurez le suivi des non-conformités et des plaintes liées à l’activité ambulatoire
  • Vous participez à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et à la mise en place de projets visant à optimiser le parcours ambulatoire

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d’un master à orientation paramédicale, scientifique ou administrative/gestion
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans dans le secteur des laboratoires ou des soins de santé
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour la coordination, l’organisation et le développement d’activités
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés et de développer une collaboration efficace avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie et d’un bon sens de l’organisation
  • Vous êtes orienté solutions et amélioration continue
  • Vous disposez de bonnes capacités de communication et de gestion de l’information
